Commission of a drug offence connected with an organised group active in multiple states

Committing a drug offence in connection with an organised group active in multiple states (§ 283(3)(c) Criminal Code) is fulfilled where the offender collaborates with such a group even if the group's distribution and courier operations occur in different countries. Participation in cross-border coordination suffices to trigger the enhanced penalty.
