Supreme Court resolution 6 Tz 26/77: for the offence of pimping, the offender does not need to explicitly demand payment – repeated acceptance of payment for enabling the prostitution is enough.

Supreme Court resolution (6 Tz 26/77): For the offence of pimping, the offender does not need to explicitly demand payment from the sex worker; the repeated acceptance of payment for enabling the prostitution is enough. The law treats such conduct as exploitation even if the payment is voluntary.
