Rapper charged with supporting terrorism

The rapper's Muslim faith is not an aggravating factor but shows awareness of who Bin Laden was. The attorney noted that prosecutors often use the same provision for social media comments glorifying terrorist attacks and that the video's portrayal may be defended by arguing that it does not encourage terrorist activity.
